I did have good results with the medical magnets during my RSI injuries.
I used magnetic wrist wraps while continuing to work, but unfortunately the positives could not overcome the negatives of continued work and ongoing re-injury.. I also wore them while recovering when the doc finally took me off work.. I could tell the difference eon days that I went without them and when I was wearing them.. But I can't say if it would help or not for RSD/CRPS or not.
