OT - on Worker's Comp

WC (esp Ca) article. They are laughing all the way to the bank.

I live in hope that someday I'll get the care I need and someday get disability payments I've been denied.

teeth gnashing....banging head against wall......would be stamping foot if it didn't hurt so much......WHY can't they ever tell the other side of the story.....i'm so tired of hearing about work/comp fraud, meaning workers trying to cheat the system.....how about the FRAUD of injured workers being cheated by the companies????????

AAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!

i tried to find this story, but had no luck with either link.......duhhhhhhh i hate computers..........

but i do know of the pitfalls you are going through........they (work comp personell) think they are Gods who can decide who gets paid or not...........

frank went through work comp hell for several months, and every once in a while his case worker decides he needs more info, so he stops sending the checks.............but at least we are getting them....i don't know what we would do if we were in YOUR awful situation.................you have been waiting for sooooooo friggin long it is so unfair......................
how can these people sleep at night?
