....hmmm; I think, you need to ask around...only you know how much pain you are in; sometimes I feel like only if I can take my whole jaw out....or if I can rip my limbs off and hit myself over the head with them, this pain will go away...

My experience with dentist are, besides the cost, that our mouth health is just as important...unless they are dissolving and/or breaking most dentists will not want to pull them...however, there are some out there that gladly will...sadly you need to call around;

Not an easy task when you jaw/mouth hurts like hell.....
