Thanks on the constipation issue, it's been my history but work to keep regular with mag and vit C, aloe vera, fennel, etc....and greens. My mother's side had the constipation issues, so perhaps it's a yeast thing overall, don't know. As for me in my life, the drugs that caused horrid constipation are opiates and LDN. So good luck, I have no desire to try it again.

Years ago, I had heard or read, more laxative products are sold than anything....how true that is I don't know...could it all be yeast?
