Thanks on the constipation issue, it's been my history but work to keep regular with mag and vit C, aloe vera, fennel, etc....and greens. My mother's side had the constipation issues, so perhaps it's a yeast thing overall, don't know. As for me in my life, the drugs that caused horrid constipation are opiates and LDN. So good luck, I have no desire to try it again.

Years ago, I had heard or read, more laxative products are sold than anything....how true that is I don't know...could it all be yeast?

A PS on the yeast, we are a country very indulgent in sugars, carbs and I know I was brought up with tons of sugary foods and carbs. The women in the old days loved to bake sweet things and we loved to eat them....mouthful of dental work to prove that too.

So I'm sure it's so much on the constipation issue. Also, keeping hydrated a lot, that was never the "push" in the old days....we drank water when we felt thirsty..... I'm never thirsty and drink water all thru the day now. Living and Learning and working to manage what has been done to our health.
