Thanks for posting Littlepaw!

I have always claimed that swimming is the BEST therapy for my CRPS. Hands down. Nothing else even close for my symptoms.

I live on a lake in Minnesota where the ice just went off, so it will be a while before I can hop in. But you can bet your bottom dollar, I'll be the first one in. Warm water is best, but even cool water swimming is heaven for me!
