My CRPS spread to full body in about 4 months and about 9 months after the initial injury. It moved too fast. I haven't been able to adjust. Everyday I find some new thing that's super painful. I don't know how to live a life anymore. I know I will adjust - I did when I was on crutches for 4 months and when the pain was just in my foot, but right now it is so very hard. I feel like everything is spinning out of control. I just need to know that it will get better (I don't mean the pain, I mean the coping) and that there are ways of dealing when everything hurts at the slightest provocation. I am breaking at the seams and just need to believe I will figure out a way to live and not just survive.
