How do you handle flares? What works for you? A busy weekend definitely set me off. I was in the kitchen preparing a late breakfast and just felt like I wanted to cry. It kind of startled me, because I'm not usually a crier. Then it dawned on me I often feel like that at night after a busy day, which is one of my key symptoms of my body telling me I'm about to have a flare.
So now that I recognize it, I'm wondering. What do you do on flare days? Do you just hunker down, cancel appointments, and let yourself hurt? Couch/blanket/DVD? ![]() Last edited by AliM; 05-11-2015 at 01:43 PM. |
