Good news--- the day is almost over! Hopefully a decent nights rest and you will feel better in the morning. Sometimex i can hardly wait for bedtime because my day was lousy and with luck, tomorrow will be better. Dont you wish you lived in a hotel with maid sevice, room service, and a big jacuzzi tub? ?

Those moments can be really hard. It's especially hard with stuff like this that friends and family might not always understand or know how to be helpful with. And a lot of different things work for different people for making it past them. I don't know if you have seen Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, but on that show she says that humans can get through almost anything for 10 seconds, so if you take it just 10 seconds at a time you can do anything! And for the next 10 seconds (and for any 10 seconds you'd like after that), here's this hug from me letting you know you aren't alone . In fact, group hug!
