Default Sleepwalking

I have been sleepwalking a couple nights a week or I think only a couple nights. This just started about a month ago. I have had no medication changes or changes in my routine. I have had an increase in pain recently but having a pain increase is almost normal. The only way I know I have been sleepwalking is because I wake up while walking into walls and feeling the pain from that. Has anyone else experienced this or can offer any suggestions. Thanks!
