I'm scheduled for a sleep apnea test Friday night.
I had one about 5 years ago and what I was told is that I didn't sleep enough to get a good reading. I go to be around 8 to 10 every night due to falling asleep while watching tv but I end up getting up all hours of the night going to the bathroom. I won't be drinking any liquids for sure. I just worry that things will go the same way again. I wake up about every two hours. Have any of you had this test and did you sleep thru the night? Thanks, Ada |
