I had ketamine infusion and nerve block last Tuesday. My swelling has gone down for the most part but the pain and burning is more intense. Should I keep it still or move it around?

My vote is for moving it around in whatever fashion doesn't seem to make it worse. I have found for myself, that for some reason motor input or other sensory input can sometimes alter the pain. The nerves need other information to process. Give them some! Just make it gentle.
If weightbearing is too painful, you can try anything in the water, stationary bike or even just bicycle in the air, ankle pumps and circles, etc. I wonder if you are getting more sensation because nerves have less pressure on them? ![]()

I'm not sure why I'm getting more sensation but I'd wish it would stop. When I walk it's a knife pain going through my foot plus burning and when I sit it's throbbing from knife pain and burning. I thought I was feeling the worst pain before. Now it's just getting out of hand. God bless anyone with this. I am thankful it's only in my foot and leg now. I pray it doesn't spread anymore. I hope the pain isn't ever more than this.

I agree with Littlepaw. Try to keep it moving as much as possible without causing too much aggravation. I like the idea of a bicycle in the air. Not only does it keep your leg moving with little resistance, but it also keeps it elevated to help circulation.
