I had asked my nurse if it could have been the meds cuz I thought that was the problem but after close to 2 hours of going threw meds and the combination side effects but nothing sadly. And Thats how mine was at firsr! Like I'd only feel the need to once a day then it slowly just turned to nothing. I am just so amazed by the fact that I can go so long with out going and then I'll go and its like I REALLY needed to go. Its frustrating and strange.
Also I hope you figure out what's going on with you because I know its horrible having to deal with it.
