Hi all,
I have been MIA lately due to feeling pretty good (YAY!) and therefore being very busy As November is CRPS Awareness Month, my fellow warriors have been on my mind. I have missed talking with my support systems & writing in my blog. Before going to bed last night, I was very inspired to write this letter to all of you. Please check it out Dear Warrior I hope everyone is doing okay & getting through with low pain days. much metta, Kelly |

What a beautiful letter! Thanks for describing so eloquently the suffering, strength and beauty that we share. I always appreciate your posts and your uplifting approach to living with CRPS in spite of pain and challenges. We are indeed more than the disease and possess a depth it can never take from us.
I am so happy to read that you've been away because you're feeling better. That is the very best reason not to be posting much. Enjoy, build on those gains, know that your brain is using this time to re-set and remember earlier days. Know that you are loved as well and are a light that shines brightly. May healing continue to find you,

I have to be honest here. I started reading the letter, but it brought me back to a time where my pain wasn't under control yet, I had no clue what was going on and neither had the doctors. Too difficult & painful to deal with, so I try to forget. I stopped reading. No doubt it's a beautiful letter.
Thanks!

Kelly,
I read that last night shortly after you posted it on your blog. I was so impressed at how well it was written that I had to share it immediately with a few of my family and friends. Thank you for that. I hope you continue to feel good. Many gentle loving hugs
