Ever since hearing the diagnosis CRPS I've been searching for ways to manage and information about this condition. This link is a nice 12 question quiz with explanation and science research references- much of the work is by Moseley and Butler. They have you tube recordings also.

Their "explain pain" books and website are so encouraging and inspiring. There are apps associated with all of this that also help a lot. I recommend it.
