Default debbie...

Hi Debbie

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry you are hurting so much. I do know how you feel and it really isn't any fun. I was wondering if you had ever tried a tens unit? I have rsd in my right arm and a torn rotator cuff on the left and I find that when the pain is unbearable the tens unit really keeps me from losing my mind! Also, my therapist does ultrasound massage to both shoulders and that seems to help too. Sometimes I take a hot bath w/epsom salts, it's not a miracle cure but is does seem to take the edge off. oxycodone also seems to help.....other than that advice, all I can really offer you is kind words and prayers that you will find some relief soon. Hope to hear from you soon Debbie , jenny

Default /Gentle arm massage

Awww Deb I hope your feelin better. I know it gets hard every so often, and we get to where we just dont want to even try anymore.

Just remember this will pass, and although the pain will probably still be there, you will notice something took your focus from it. Got ya covered in prayers

Debbie, are you feeling any better yet? Have you been to the doctor's, or at least arranged an appt.?

I sure hope things are better for you today, and will get better every day. I have my fingers crossed.
