Awwwww.. Deb!
I am truly sorry for the pain that you are having! Gosh, there were a lot of great ideas from the others on here!! Deb, my muscles hurt so bad also. sometimes I just want to scream! I found out that my neurontin helps ease some of this along with the kadian(time released morphine) Can/did you ask your doctor if there is some kind of a cream for this muscle pain? If you can't or don't like to take opiates, how about a nice warm heating pad? Wishing you a pain free night Deb. Hang in there my friend! love, Desi
