Hi Wakegirl,
I have type 2 from a hip replacement. My siatic nerve was damaged in 3 places during the surgery. I had my scs done in 2003. It worked for a while, but not enough. I still needed pain meds. Its turned off now due to a fall. One of the leads slipped out and is sitting on a nerve. I think every case is different. Some people it helps and some not. Take care. Sue K. |
