Hi there,
Have any of you tried Grape seed extract? it is used to help swelling and I have heard that it could work for RSD swelling, but it does not reduce pain Here is a list of what it is used for. Cardioprotection (reduces risk of athersclerosis) Reduces cancer risk Improves vascular strength (stronger blood vessels) Reduces edema (inflammation/swelling) Promotes eye health (reduces risk of macular degeneration and cataracts) Please let me know if you have tried it and did it work for you  Thanks Alison

Hi Allison,
Please read my thread Symptom Migration: My Story; it describes my experiences taking (and twice lapsing) a regimen ot GSE. I am convinced that it has prevented any new RSD symptoms for nearly ten years now. I can talk about this OPC non stop and going into my 20th year this year on pycnogenol and/or grape seed extract.
Banking on that it will prevent cancer...main reason I got on Pycnogenol in 1995. Just doing a search found these "older" posts on Grape Seed Ex (OPC's) |
