I tried the thread and it didn't work but if you go to www.disabilitysecrets.com
it will take you to the site. The site does cover how to win your claim if you have RSD. This is a great site. I used the information on this site for my first appeal and had no problems winning. The most important thing to have done for your case in order to win is the RFC (residual functional capacity) which is filled out by your Doctor, actually in my opinion its a must to win. You can order the form through social security. I had this form filled out by my Doctor and I do believe this is what helped me win my case. Thank you Abasaki the site is a great resource. Jewells |
