Hi CZ,
I, too, am confused.
Ketamine concomitantly with.....other treatments is the usual context.
I had a ten day low dose ketamine infusion concomitently with my other meds. It didn't help me but I wish you the best it does work for some patients....I do hope you are one.
That is my understanding of its use.
