Ada,

I too suffer from stress. I get easily upset and depressed, I have tight chest pains and I have panic attacks. I believe that stress plays a massive role in RSD, due to us not being able to do what we want to do and used to do.
Have you ever thought about seeing a Psychologist? I see one every 2 to 3 months, it doesn't really help me but it might help you. (I see 2 Psychologists, ones an educational psychologist and the others a pain managment psychologist)

Please reply and let us know how you are getting on - your doctor might prescribe you some tablets to stop you being so stressed (these might include anti-depressants, I have being on them)
