The article is 9 pages long and 2 colums on each page, if you like you can click on my name and private message me your email and I will just send you the file.. or perhaps just sign up at msn.com.. or mabie someone else has a better link to this clinical trial.. it explaines the 4 patterns of spread known and discusses the possible hows and whys, I had read a few posts yours included that made me think this needed reposting.. I am sory you are having a hard time acessing it.
