Hi Desi,
I was on the neurontin for awhile too. I didn't like it and it didn't do anything for me anyways. I now take Lamictal and have had no side effects. It also has worked great on the siatic nerve pain. Mabey you could ask your Doc to try something else. Just make sure you tell them what the neurontin is doing to you. Hope you fell better and get some sleep.

Love Ya
Sue K.

I take 900 mg of Neurontin 4 x's a day. The big white horse pills I take are 600mg of Neurontin & yup they are like horse pills........... I have been on Neurontin for years. It does help me...ALOT!! It works on the burning pain & on the 'strange' sensations I have in my feet. Sometimes they feel like they are 3 x's as big as feet really are. But it does help me out alot where all this is concerned.

I have tried other meds such as Lamactil, Gabatril, & Topamax. They all had side effects that I could NOT tolerate at all. And for you maybe Neurontin is a med you can't tolerate. Alot of people on this forum can not take it.

I hope they can find something that works for you soon.
