Oh, wow Sue!! damn!! girl.. your hubby and mine should go bowling or something?? LOL sounds like they would get along real good! my husbabd says and does the same thing.. did you take your meds. And yet, like yours, does not give a damn about his own ****! LOL I know it's not funny. But Debbie, your gonna make yourself sick too! I had to LEARN and still am to stop and let them be! yes, we can remind them to take their meds, beat them to an inch of their lives, they refuse to change. why? I don't have an answer. All I know is either the war screwed Bill up, or he is just plain controlling of what he wants, what he'll do, mecication, included!! makes ya sick, huh?? Well, we got to stop and take care of us. This may sound mean, Sue.. but it's not. I made myself so sick one time, that I forgot to eat for days!! lost weight, circles under my eyes from not sleeping.. the whole 9 yards. Well, I will remind Bill, then after that, he is on is own!! No wonder we go into a "Flare"!!!!! These men make us nutzzzzzzzz! yikes!! I am so sorry to hear that you almost died!! OMG (Sue, was this .. "this New year's eve when you had those 5 bleeding ulcers and almost died? and loosing all that blood!!! I am soooooooooooooooooooo sorry, sue! you mentioned to have the doc's scare him? they all did. it go's in one ear and out the other. The one doc and my attorney told me to get my "affairs in order' as he is just a very stubborn, man and does this , I really belive for control! do I love him, yes, do I care if he doesn't take is meds.? yes, I do, but I also have to think of me.. yes, in a good selfish way, because my little girl needs me, I have this darn RSD.. You know how painful this is.. damn, Sue.. hun take care of you, remind him.. if he still yells, tells you to leave him alone, wants you to feel sorry for him.. don't. because I found I was as sick as he was by letting him put me through these games. i have been married to Bill going on 33 yrs. feb. 15th. and I hope and pray to have many more with him. diabetis is preventable.. he chooses to be this way, not us. Well, I am so sorry we both have men that are like this, so I quit making excuses for him. Yes, it can be from the "hell war"(I call it) but, I wasn't there, don't know what it was like, so with that, I'll shut my fingers off and give them a rest.. LOL Love ya Sue and thanks! Bill is home, I give him his meds, he complains, is making me a dog-gone nervous wreck. I am giving him his shots, He is on a strict diet and hates it. Well, I told him.. You are now home.. no fooling around, or else. so we shall see what's what. I also have a 7 yr. old daughter I have to take care of, drive, grocery shop, pta, dr. appointments, dentist appointments, etc. I just need to chill! LOL Love to all. So glad Bill is home. I'm so sorry he's so stubborn when it comes to taking his pills. My Father is exactly the same when it comes to his Diabetes, now he's on Insulin. He says he's not worried about dying but my family and I continuously remind him WE ARE!!! How can people so loved have such low opinions on how much them being around means to the rest of us???? Also tell Bill, in light of your condition and taking care of your 7 year old. (I have a 7 year old as well...it's not easy!) You need time to heal as well and by him cooperating your healing process won't be so affected. Ugh, MEN!:mad: That's okay, I went to a Dr. appointment today and LoveMuffin hasn't even asked me about it! Everyone else in the world has called and asked but my own husband hasn't! Go figure...we'll see how long it takes the S.O.B! (LOL):rolleyes: My prayers are with you both Desi, please try to get some rest, call someone for help or something...you need healing time too! Maybe your 7 year old can have a sleep over at a relatives house for a night or two so you can catch up on yourself a little bit?
