Default Anti-constipation fruit paste

My Dr. gave me this recipe and I believe it has been on here before but I wanted to put it up again. It is working for me if I can just remember to keep taking it.

1 lb. pitted prunes
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. figs
1 3 1/2 to 4 ozs. of Senna Tea {found in health food stores}.
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. lemon juice.

Prepare tea:
Use about 3 1/2 c. boiling water to a package of tea. Steep 5 minutes. Strain tea to remove leaves and add only 2 cups of tea to a large pot.
Add fruit. Boil tea and fruit.
Remove from heat. Add sugar and lemon juice, cool. Use food processor or blender to turn mixture into smooth paste. Place in air tight container and store in freezer. { It won't freeze}
Take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily.

I know this has been on here before as I said but it does work and I thought some of the newbies might like to try it.

Default Hi Abbie,

I am using it now. I started yesterday and it already seems to be working.

IF you ever want to know how constipated you are, just have a cat scan with contrast. LOL

Default tea bag cure

Dear Ada and All,
Hello, my holistic neurologist told me about this tea. It is called "Laci Le Beau Super Dieter's Tea" and is a tea bag. It is probably sold in a natural food's store or I have found it in a large grocery store in the coffee/tea aisle. You pour the hot water into it and I put a bit of honey in it and let it steep for about 2-3 minutes. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TEA BAG IN WATER ANY LONGER UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT TO GO!!! I find about 3 minutes and I will go in a bit. If you think the next time you want to steep longer only go by minute because you really don't need to let it go for long otherwise it may be to much for your system. I hope this helps.
Thanks,
kathy d.

Default Question for Ada....

Hey Ada...
Since this is thick paste like... do you just eat it by the spoonful... and how much at once???

I'd hate to over do it.... if you know what I mean!?!?!?
I just can't run that fast anymore....

She said to use 1 to 2 tablespoons a day.

It was at the bottom of her recipe.

Good Luck!
