It was one of my posts that mentioned facet injections.
I have had several doctors tell me that this could help my pain. I was ready to go for it until I read this post! Oh, man! It was upper back/neck pain that caused my problem in the first place. :-( I went to physical therapy for it, and during the exam to see what they would do for me, that's when my injury happened, by having me move my arm in a very odd way up and behind me. That is what gave me the RSD in my shoulder - but my original problem in my upper back and neck is still there. Jules |

Jules, Amber,
Please do not NOT have the injections just because of me. I recommend you do your research and take it from there. I am a big baby and they hurt me a great deal. I just remember quite a few needles going into the Facet Joints and the crunchy sound it made! Gross - I still do not know what that was! My neck was pretty sore for a couple of days and I was only pain free for for a couple more days not the months like the doc said I wouild be. Oh Well. Chin Up! Mark ![]()
