No tendonitis does not spread. I had it in my left wrist years ago. It's localized to only the joint affected. Tendonitis is brought about usually by overuse in some way. Tennis elbow is tendonitis. It gets better with rest and taking an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen. I remember I was given IB 800 and had to wear a splint on my hand and wrist for a couple of weeks to give it time to get rested up. I got it from scanning groceries. LOL I worked in a supermarket, obviously.

I'm so sorry the shot did that to you! I'll keep you in my thoughts and hope this subsides really fast and you can get back to "normal" pain.
