Hi Iffynah,
Glad you are in OT. Sounds like you are making progress. Just don't try to do too much. Maybe walk one way, and someone pick you up on the way home? I'm trying to walk more, just a little at a time.
I gained lbs. on Neurotin so am on the diet trail-almost 15 lbs now. yeh. I'm stretching and doing floor work. Not quite like tennis every day or water skiing, but I'm glad to do something.
Keep walking, and I will too. Where exactly do you have RSD? Take Care. Loretta
