Hi Iffynah,
Glad you are in OT. Sounds like you are making progress. Just don't try to do too much. Maybe walk one way, and someone pick you up on the way home? I'm trying to walk more, just a little at a time. I gained lbs. on Neurotin so am on the diet trail-almost 15 lbs now. yeh. I'm stretching and doing floor work. Not quite like tennis every day or water skiing, but I'm glad to do something. Keep walking, and I will too. Where exactly do you have RSD? Take Care. Loretta |

My RSD is in my whole right arm, and I believe my right ankle as well. Everyone that I talk to in person blows me off, telling me that its not possible for it to spread from the upper extremities to the lower, I tell them BS look it up. Anyway, I have experienced the same stuff in my right ankle as my right arm. I have to walk both ways due to no car and no friends down here, and I cannot afford to take a taxi. But the walking is helping me to loose the weight that I have been having probs with for a while. It just keeps fluxuating. WC used to work with me as well now all of a sudden I'm being jerked around and I'm not liking it. The lawyer that I had started everything with I told him to just stop, now I'm thinking that I need to restart because this is complete BS.
