I wonder if UPS or any of those businesses would do the shipping as a charity or at a discounted rate?
If she has the chair info -the weight could be looked up and a call into the variuos shipping companies... OR look up DHL, UPS etc online and email them asking about special rates for this situation- discount, chairity, pro bono?? It would be best if someone with both addresses and the chair info did the contacting.
