Help Pins & needle, ants crawling feeling

Hi

I am experiencing pins & needles with a feeling of ants crawling all over my RSD areas along with the burning, this is much more frequent than before.

Anyone else experience this? If so, do you have any helpful hints on how to slow this or ease the symptoms? I can not take any of the nerve drugs, I am super sensitive to many med's. I took Lyrica a while back and swelled up, it was terrible.

Thanks for everyone's support here..I don't feel as alone with this as I use too!!
