Grin amusing story

Ok.....funny and true story (and we have to laugh so we don't cry, right??)......since my diagnosis, my dear husband usually sees me either hobbling around the house in my bathrobe and disheveled or lying in the bed in my bathrobe and disheveled (see the trend?). I'm ALWAYS cold (RSD???) so I have a mountain of down comforter on top of me and I'm propped up on down pillows. Basically, all you can see of me is my head popping out of the covers and my foot (it hurts for the covers to rest on it). Anyway, I got my hair done this morning (the first time since I got sick!!) and he was gone when I got home (was able to drive myself since I was only on Advil). I had resumed my normal position in the bed surrounded by my "fluff" when he came up to see me. Being the sweet, observant, chivalrous (albeit a bit clumsy in his presentation sometimes) man that he is, he said:
"Your HEAD looks nice!!". Not......hair.......but HEAD. I had to laugh and then thank him for his effort!! I felt so pretty!!!
