The diet from hoosamand is almost the same for other chronic pain conditions as well. Being fibromyalgia and arthritis. I have recently started watching my food intake and tracking what sets my pain off. Uggg but caffeine not so good on have to have my coffee.

Default Ditto!

My only vise is coffee. I limit myself to 1 cup a day. I just struggle with that one. I enjoy my coffee soooo much!
