Default Is it safe to have electrolysis ?

Has anyone had electrolysis since their RSD diagnosis ?

My RSD is in my upper back to left arm.

The proposed electrolysis site is (I'm embarrassed to say) my chin. I thought I would treat myself to facial laser hair removal with some of my back pay from SSDI, but then I found out laser doesn't work on grays, and some of my chinny chin chin hair is gray. Electrolysis is done near the surface of the skin into the hair follicle. Will RSD only spread if a major nerve is messed with ? Or is any injection/needle near tiny nerves a potential new site ?
