I just posted something for someone, that made me think, maybe I should ask who know if RSD is Law in there St ? not a lot of people know or have heard about this, please look it up and see if it is, here in Mich it is,
they should have education program set up to learn about RSD,
Dr's Teachers and so on,

Nothing has been done here in Florida yet. I remember reading about the letter writing and lobbying to put that through in michigan. Maybe one day every state will have something. Thing is.....just because it's there,is it really doing any good? That's the ultimate question I think.

Yes you are right
it was Jennie White that got it pass, and she was there when are Michigan State Governor Jennifer Granholm sign it in to law, I have talk with her about it, I think she is still working on somethings also, she is a very nice lady

This way no one can say, RSD is not real,, just like Firbermylga

I think it is worth it,
if you are fighting for a W/C case or like me, fighting an auto claim they can try and say it is not a real,,(they did this with me that is when my Lawyer pulled out the law, they could not say no more about that after words) and yes we can make are Dr's learn about it, but its up to us to see that they get this, info, and if they refuse, just show them the law, law is law,,, no matter what, and if you do end up going to court over your W/C case or Auto/ or a Dr doing this to you, the jury can see that RSD is real,
For someone that dose not understand or know about this, on a jury, they are going to think that same thing, its not real, but if you have the law of it being real then, you have that to back you up that RSD is real,

As far as I know there isn't even a proposed law like that here. I'd be very interested to know what she did. I'd love to jump on it and get that law here.

I was a wc case so I know all about how that works! I don't think when it comes to the insurance companies that they care really. It's their job to put us through heck and deny something exists, just like the mostly idiotic docs they employ. Note I said mostly. There are a very few good ones that don't bow to the insurance companies. I wish that I'd had just one to stick up for me. Ah well....it's over now and I have an awesome doc!

where are you?
contact your local senator or representative and speak with them about RSD and tell them that there are laws pass in Mi, Pa, NJ and NY I am sure there are more I just do not know all of them, and you want it in your St, but your St representatives are generally more approachable so you might want to start there on the local level and try and get some support
