Well I got my IME report back today, OMG what a lair
I am so happy I taped him this time, for one he said that when I was ask to get up on the table, the IME DR and his Nurse ask to help me up,
no there never ask to help I told them I would need help, and said here is a step stroll for me, in his report, he goes on to say when his nurse and him tryed to help me up, I then started to cry and yell you are hurting me, and you are going to let me fall,
no that is not what happen, I told them that I needed my W/C I was going to go down, no one help me, and when I got in my W/C, half on my butt was in it
I was in spasm, and I was falling out of my W/C it was then I said you are just going to let me fall, then is when the nurse grab me, and pulled me back in my W/C, that is when the IME Dr said why are you falling and why are you yelling,
I said that it hurt when she grab me, and it was not me, it was the spasm,
its all on TAPE!
he even goes on to shoot down the Cleavland Clinic, on there findings, like having DDD and spine stoniness, and he said there was no evdince of that
wow wow wow
I am just can not go on,reading this, I am so upset over his lies, but happen that I had a tape recorder with me this time

PS he also says in there that I said to him to look at all the pretty colors in my foot, and then he said I told him that it was from the rsd spreading, I never said that to him, I did say it was changing colors, and then he ask me what was wrong with my foot, I said I DID NOT KNOW that it was like that last year also but worse,! he even said yes, its all on tape, OMG

When I had my IME as the doctor finished he said " I don't know what to do, I guess I'll call the insurance agent...cause you have RSD and Fribomyalgia"
As if he was stumped as to what to do because he really believed I had a problem...Go Figure!
Anyways as unfair as it all is, I can tell you that stress can really cause pain.
From recent experience!) I understand that your angry and you have a right to be, but just don't let it hurt you.

I am so happy to see you back, how is your dad doing? that works both ways
ya I am /was upset, but no matter what, they do they will not bring me down like that, I have my proof, its up to my Lawyer to do his job, and no matter what, happens,I know the truth and so do they, or why would they have to lie? so, I put the IME report down and I am not going to put in book on CD and to some research,
I know my stress is not the same as yours, I know if something was happening to my Dad or Mom or Kids, just anyone I love, wow it would be a bad thing, no matter if you have RSD or not, and in your case, like anyone else with RSD, we all know what the stress can do to us,
I was / am worried about you, we all care about each outer,

but I am so happy to see you beck on here, miss you a lot,

*Big Hugs* Once again they prove just who write those checks for them!!! It's a great thing you have your own proof. I wouldn't worry about it much cause once it's proven how big a liar he is, well....wc don't want "bad press" and we can hope he'll lose that IME "status". ROFL One IME I had done, H saw me for a grand total of 5 minutes and then wrote a report that was between 5 and 10 pages long!! :-O He lied through his teeth just like most of them do. Not that it made a difference anyway cause I had my "proof" to dispute every single thing he wrote down. My "proof" was good ole hubby! LOLOLOL Take a deep breath and repeat after me......He is not a doctor, he is not worth my anger nor my precious brain power.

You are a strong, savvy woman. You were SO wise to record that whole meeting. I am so sorry for what you have been through, but it may actually be THIS that ends up breaking this case open for you!! It was a terrible ordeal, NO ONE should be treated like that.....EVER......and this may not just end up blessing YOU in YOUR claims, but it may help prevent him from doing this to someone else. He should be held accountable for how he FAILED to treat you for your legitimate problems. Just hang on, let your lawyer do HIS job (and tell him to get someone to transcribe the tape himself)! Ridiculous how everyone tries to pass the buck. We are all behind you!!!

so do you mean that this Dr for lying about my Apt he can loss his IME status? oh joy I sure hope that happens only due to he is coursing harm, all for money,


and do you think the Judge would let that in? that is my only worry's
just the thought of a Dr, would lie, about something so bad,
I made it a point not to say, anything about my symptoms to him, I did not say anything to I was ask, oh beside ouch and things like I am not able to do that,
and I am not refusing your request, just that I am not able to due to pain, and there is no way I can get up on my tippy (Karen I think I spelled that one wrong and spell check will not fix that one LOL )toes for him, are hope like a bunny or walk back words, my temp in my hand and feet had diff readings, this is part of RSD right?
and he never talk about that my knee had a very bad bruise on and Edee my best friend told him I fall that morning, I posted it on here, so it was there when I seen him, and Edee even told him I fell that morning before going 100 mils in a snow storm and I was in a lot of pain, witch I told him, from the srart,

and yes I know who pay's him, just this has got to stop,
I guess WC is the same as Auto, when it comes to this,
