I order my magnesium supplement online as it is the more absorbed kind. Mrs D helped me with this and getting the proper kind. Also when I saw a holistic doc he suggested it as well.
On the bath note when I was in MI and the cold I was taking a couple a day now in warmer climate I don't but did find baths helpful.
