I had to have surgery to correct the trigger of my Rsd. But the blocks helped very much. It was a holding place for me til surgery was performed. I consider myself in remission compared to before surgery. Left with twisting of muscles etc with pain but not constant 3-4 times a day. sometimes all day. and then i will go 2 days without but most of the other horrible pain is quiet.

Thanks for your input! I have had 5 SGB and have been in PT 3x/wk for 10 months and while my shoulder ROM slowly gets better (only 50% of normal), I just wonder where all these SGB go....

My symptoms seem to moving into my feet now, originally in only my right arm and hand from a shoulder surgery gone bad. My PM doc is very worried about all this as am I.

Thanks for sharing your story!
