Default Ortho in St Louis?

My husband saw our PCP today and he suggested we seek a second opinion from an orthopedic Dr for Jeff's continued knee pain. We know it's not the RSD because the blocks relieve the foot and ankle pain but do nothing for the knee. Does anyone have any suggestions for an ortho really familiar with RSD. I'm afraid to get one that will want to do something that may cause a flare or spreading. Our pain management Dr really doesn't have any suggestions.
