Default Question

Thank you so much for this. I'm only going on personal experience, but this is so true. I am so thankful for finding such a wonderful, informed and aware physical therapy team. I continue what they have taught me 7 days a week throughout the day (and one of the things they impressed was if there's pain then there's no gain). This includes aquatic exercises 3 days/wk. I have learned to listen to my body and balance activity with rest.

PT is expensive however, so I am seeing them only quarterly as long as I continue to progress. I do have questions. I am taking two, week-long classes this summer and will be unable to do some of my daily exercises and none of my aquatic exercises.

Should I be concerned about a flare-up. What are some options. Although I'm on disability at present, I need these classes for licensure.

Thanks,

Kathy
