Wink Update from Dew concerning court on back TTD

My atty called me after the hearing. WC atty. stated that ins. co. will not pay TTD, without a medical specialist of their own..so it was postponed.

Hearing to be set in the near future. We have the proof, in black and white, this is just a stall tactic. WC could have big fine coming their way for playing games with the judge. I am SEEING the PM doc that WC chose for me..and that PM stated that I have been TTD since 1/5/09, present, and in the future.

Oh well, and the beat goes on...I am just glad that I did not have to drive over 200 miles to witness the delay.

Good News: SSDI came in.. YEAH!!!
