My swelling comes and goes the worse the pain the greater the swelling. Both improve when I relax. I know relaxing is easier said than done it takes real effort sometime.
Try the breathing it really helps along with a little talk with God. I hope you find comfort soon!!! |

Do you have a heating pad? And any NSAIDS? I wear gloves and socks to bed and bring the heating pad to keep me warm. If my husband would let me I would bring my dog as well, but he has his own bed next to me on the floor.
I really hope you feel better soon. Call your doc in the morning (or get a new one) if you still are not feeling well. Good Luck, Sandy |

I agree with many posts toward your question. I use Epsom salt baths. heating pad, and medications. I also have a Tens Unit that really helps during my pain flares.
The weather changes that come about with RSD patients, remind each of us that we are human barometers. No fun at all... ![]() I am so sorry your doc told you to "wait this pain flare out"...apparently, you need him/her to try another med to get the severe pain flare, relief. Consider a Tens Unit. ![]() Dew
