I agree with many posts toward your question. I use Epsom salt baths. heating pad, and medications. I also have a Tens Unit that really helps during my pain flares.
The weather changes that come about with RSD patients, remind each of us that we are human barometers. No fun at all... ![]() I am so sorry your doc told you to "wait this pain flare out"...apparently, you need him/her to try another med to get the severe pain flare,relief. Consider a Tens Unit. ![]() Dew

Surgeons and Physical Therapists ignored my concerns of burning pain, swelling, and no improvement and getting worse.
