I am not trying to alarm you, but my husband had some of the same symptoms and it turns out he had testicular cancer. I would encourage you to get a thorough exam to check for a lump (or you can do it in a warm shower). It is a very curable cancer if caught early. He is now 7 years cancer free!!!
Low testosterone is dangerous in a man. it increases their risk of heart attack and stroke (in addition to lower sex drive). Try a healthy diet to lose any weight you have around the middle and the blood pressure and cholesterol issue may resolve itself.
