Teeth sweet sleep in my life again

I took the first dose of Opana ER 20 mg ,yesterday, around 6:30 PM. I can report, that after being up, off and on until after 10:00PM, I finally slept soundly. I was fighting staying up, last night, because I didn't want to go to bed to early, and mess up my over night sleep.

I slept like a rock. I am still sleepy. I just woke up a little while ago. It is time to take my daily morning meds, less Lortab. I will then prob fall back to sleep again. I am in that acclamation stage of a new med.

Love you friends,
Dew

I'm glad you had a good night sleep, that always helps. I hope the Opana ER continues to work for you. I can't help on the Lortab just call the office back.
I like Pete's idea of the islands. However, they say the dry heat in Arizona is good for everything. My friend is retiring and has built a house in Sonoma AZ. She has shown me some beautiful pictures she took of the different rock formations.
I hope each day gets better as you adjust to the meds.
Take care,
Sherrie

I'm relieved everything went well! I hope you'll get a good night's sleep. Going to try that myself in a few hours even though it's not even my bed time.

Heart just woke up...feel rested

OK, I just woke up(7:30 PM)..fell asleep around 10:00 AM. It is time for my next dose of meds. I am yawning, drinking a cold diet coke, not hungry though.

I woke up about 3 hrs. earlier, sweating, and told hubby to turn on a/c! It was 69 degrees in the house...he was already freezing. I fell right back to sleep.

I am not freezing anymore..still feel sweaty, though. I need to eat something..probably an orange. I love oranges when I am not really hungry, but should eat something.

I am not in any pain.

OK, I need to go. Be back on when I wake up,again.

Yeah...beautiful wonderful sleep. I am so glad to hear you are sleeping. Enjoy it. I know what you mean about sweating. I don't know if it is the meds or not, but I finally had dh buy a window air conditioner unit and put it in the bedroom window for me. It makes such a difference in sleeping and being comfortable. Enjoy it.

Hugs
Mary

Grin morning

I awoke aroung 5:30 AM or so, hopped on NT, and started reading some post..could barely keep my eyes open. I ate an orange, and went back to bed.

It is now 10:15 AM, Thursday. I am awake and feeling pretty good. Getting use to the increase in med of Opana ER from 10 to 20 mg x 2 has been a wonderful, peaceful sleep. I so needed the catch up sleep

I hope to be posting soon on all your blogs. I am doing well.
Thank you for your sweet emails and posts.

Default Opana ER Update

Friday: 5/29/09

I have been sleeping most of the day, and feel good. Still acclimating to the new dose of Opana ER.

I woke up to hubby cooking ribs in the rotisserie..I am such a lucky woman to have my man. It will be 27 yrs on 6/8/09.

I am lucid most of the time I am awake;however, when It is time to lay down...IT IS TIME TO LAY DOWN!

No ill effects from stopping the Lortabs..Knock on Wood! I knew it wasn't doing anything..and that took 4 pills out of my daily cocktail

Won't you have a treat?

My sweet tooth has come alive with the increase dosage of the Opana ER.

Dew,

Gotta love the increase of meds. It's the best way to get a good nights sleep. Once you get used to it, it will ease up. I am saying on the 20mg Opana ER for now, with 5mg Opana for breakthru. I still need a nap during the day, but at least I can function again. I'm also going back every 3 months to see how I'm doing on the meds. So far I still love it. Yeah, I agree about the islands. How nice that sounds.

Hugs
