Dew,

Gotta love the increase of meds. It's the best way to get a good nights sleep. Once you get used to it, it will ease up. I am saying on the 20mg Opana ER for now, with 5mg Opana for breakthru. I still need a nap during the day, but at least I can function again. I'm also going back every 3 months to see how I'm doing on the meds. So far I still love it. Yeah, I agree about the islands. How nice that sounds.
