Some Docs like to "specialize' in medicine.
They're not necessarily good "business people".
This goes as well for Lawyers, to Plumbers.

I think if they're in an HMO situation, they have sort of a "franchise" situation and all their office and paperwork is automatically dealt with.

It doesn't necessarily make them a bad doctor.
