:-D I try and give a boost where I can. You just have to take a step back sometimes and look at something objectively. Because it's your body, your emotions get in the way. Not saying it's wrong of course, but it's a fact. I think because of what I have survived in my life, it helps me to look at having rsd and what it does or might do physically seem like, well not such a big deal. lol

My RSD limb is always so demanding of my attention and very finicky so I named her RSD "Princess"

I don't care who sees her but I do wear pants more often than dresses, skirts or shorts just to keep her warm and protected.

It helped me to give her a name. I tell her off when she gets too fussy LOL
