bobber,

You said "little red dots." I get dots that are not much larger than a pencil point - maybe like a freckle. They happen on my leg and foot, where I have the RSD. It seems that they are more numerous during a flare-up. I have heard of others here that get even larger sores - about the size of a dime.

Mainly watch that they don't become open wounds. Like any other wound, be careful about cleanliness and watching for infection.
